2021 Spring ALLOTMENT PROCESS

Earl & Carrie have chosen the Winemaker's Select Allocation (see tab) but, as always, if you want to customize your Spring Allotment wines, you are more than welcome to make any changes.

Check your email for all of our new Spring Release Events.

You can do this in one of two ways:

  1. By participating in our customization process
  2. Stopping by the Tasting Room starting April 5th to choose your wines

Option 1 | Customization Process:
You may choose the wines for your Spring Allotment at any time - and they will be available for pickup from the tasting room or shipment starting April 5th.  Customization allows you to choose your wines on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since some of our wines are available in very limited amounts that are not part of the Winemaker’s Select Allocation, customization provides the best opportunity for you to reserve these limited wines before we run out. If you have your heart set on choosing all red or all white wines, customization is your best option to make this happen. Your credit card on file will be charged once the order has been filled and you may pick it up your allotment starting Monday, April 5th. Ready to start the customization process? Proceed to the "Customize Allotment" tab.

Option 2 | Come on by the Tasting Room:
You are also more than welcome to come on by the tasting room to let us know in person what you would like starting Monday, April 5th. We can put together your allotment immediately and have you on your way in no time.

We are still offering curbside pickup. Just call us when you arrive at the winery and we will bring your wine directly to your vehicle.  Shipping is still included in the cost of your Wine Club Allotment for Wine Club Members who live outside the Treasure Valley area.

For all of our Wine Club Members living outside the Treasure Valley area, you will need to customize your wines or you will receive the Winemaker's Select Allocation. If you customize your Spring Allotment wines, they will be shipped in the next few days of receiving your order.  If you do not customize your wines, the Winemaker's Select Allocation will be shipped starting the week of Monday, May 10th. If you need us to hold on to your wine and ship at a later date, please just let us know! And if for any reason your shipping address needs to be updated, just shoot us an email or give us a call.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact the Tasting Room at 208-557-9463.

On Monday May 3rd, if you have not already customized or picked-up your Spring Allotment, your credit card on file will be charged for the 2021 Spring Winemaker's Select Allocation. But never fret - you can always modify the Winemaker's Select Allocation to your choosing whenever you come in to pick up your wines.

If your credit card on files needs to be updated, please contact the Tasting Room at 208-557-9463.

Picture
2018 QUITESSENCE CAB SAUV | $40
Red Mountain, WA | 410 Cases  | 13.3% ALC
Deep dark colors which are typical of Red Mountain Fruit. The nose of this wine gives aromas of cranberry and dusty coca nibs. Then the full body of cranberry jam with a touch of baking spices and anise roll into a smooth but big finish that lingers with just a hint of pepper.
Picture
 2018 BOUSHEY VINEYARD CAB FRANC| $38
Yakima Valley, WA | 295 Cases  | 14.2% ALC
Dark ruby colors lead into a big nose of coffee and black pepper.  The body takes that coffee to a new level with flavors of chocolate covered espresso beans with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.  We love the smokey finish of this really big wine which will age well for years to come.
Picture
 2018 SHAW STANTON PETIT VERDIT| $40
Red Mountain, WA | 220 Cases  | 14.9% ALC
Now this is an inky wine. The color stains your glass as you swirl it to smell ripe cherries and plums as they begin to stew on the stove. The wine then coats your mouth with spiced caramel and cherry pie flavors. And the finish just won't go away, it seems to linger as long as the stains it leaves on your tongue.
