2022 spring ALLOTMENT PROCESS

Earl & Carrie have chosen the Winemaker's Select Allocation (see tab) but, as always, if you want to customize your Spring Allotment wines - you are more than welcome to make any changes.

Check your email for all of our new Spring Release Events or click here.

You can do this in one of two ways:

  1. By participating in our customization process
  2. Stopping by the Tasting Room starting Monday, April 11th to choose your wines

Option 1 | Customization Process:
You may choose the wines for your Spring Allotment at any time - and they will be available for pickup from the tasting room or shipped to you starting Monday, April 11th.  Customization allows you to choose your wines on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since some of our wines are available in very limited amounts that are not part of the Winemaker’s Select Allocation, customization provides the best opportunity for you to reserve these limited wines before we run out. If you have your heart set on choosing all red or all white wines, customization is your best option to make this happen. Your credit card on file will be charged once the order has been filled and you may pick up your allotment starting Monday, April 11th. Ready to start the customization process? Proceed to the "Customize Allotment" tab.

Option 2 | Come on by the Tasting Room:
You are also more than welcome to come on by the tasting room to let us know in person what you would like starting Monday, April 11th. We can put together your allotment immediately and have you on your way in no time.

We are still offering curbside pickup. Just call us when you arrive at the winery and we will bring your wine directly to your vehicle.  Shipping is still included in the cost of your Wine Club Allotment for Wine Club Members who live outside the Treasure Valley area.

For all of our Wine Club Members living outside the Treasure Valley area, you will need to customize your wines or you will receive the Winemaker's Select Allocation. If you customize your Spring Allotment wines, they will be shipped in the next few days of receiving your order.  If you do not customize your wines, the Winemaker's Select Allocation will be shipped starting the week of Monday, May 23rd. If you need us to hold on to your wine and ship at a later date, please just let us know! And if for any reason your shipping address needs to be updated, just shoot us an email or give us a call.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact the Tasting Room at 208-557-9463.

On Sunday, May 22nd, if you have not already customized or picked-up your Spring Allotment, your credit card on file will be charged for the 2022 Spring Winemaker's Select Allocation. But never fret - you can always modify the Winemaker's Select Allocation to your choosing whenever you come in to pick up your wines.

If your credit card on files needs to be updated, please contact the Tasting Room at 208-557-9463.

tasting Notes

2022 spring release whites & rose

Picture
2021 Pinot Gris | $24
Washington State |500 Cases  | 12.7% ALC
This wine has a beautiful light peach tone hinting at the nose of peach and stone fruits.  The wine has a silky texture with honeysuckle and green apple flavors finishing with a nice, bright acid kick.
Picture
2021 Sauvignon Blanc  | $22
Washington State  | 224 Cases  |12.7% ALC
Pale straw in color this Sauvignon Blanc’s nose hints of sweet tropical fruit that will make your mouth start to water. However, when you get that first taste you realize it is bone dry grapefruit followed with an amazing finish of ripe pears.
Picture
2021 Grüner Veltliner | $22
Snake River Valley, ID  | 275 Cases  |12.7% ALC
Austrian in origin but Idaho grown, the lemon drop color sparkles in the sunlight.  Aromas of graphite, pear and honeysuckle introduce you to flavors of super ripe apple, stewed peaches and a spice of ginger.
Picture
2021 Carrie's Select Chardonnay | $25
Snake River Valley, ID  | 250 Cases  |13.3% ALC
Light goldenrod in color, this wine will draw you in with a nose of vanilla, oak and Granny Smith apple.  That first sip will remind you of a carnival as a child where you begged your parents for a caramel covered apple on a stick - with a hint of tropical fruit and butter.
Picture
2021 Rosé of Saignée | $25
Snake River Valley, ID| 224 Cases  |12.7% ALC
"Saignée" means to bleed--we bled juice off of two lots and created a blended Saignée Rosé. Though rose petal in color, these flavors certainly aren't floral. The nose leads with blueberries and cherries, and the body has small hints of allspice, leading you to think you are drinking the lightest cobbler you have ever tasted.

2022 spring release rEDS

Picture
2020 GSM | $34
Washington State  | 800 Cases  |14.7% ALC
42% Syrah, 29% Grenache, 29% Mourvèdre
Ruby colors fill the glass and hint of the very bright fruit notes on the nose.  An initial hit of cherry and raspberry flavors end beautifully with a mild spice on the finish.

Picture
2020 Syrah-WA | $35
Washington State | 300 Cases  | 14.7% ALC
Your senses will enjoy aromas of leather and earthiness on this dark and colorful wine.  Substantial tannins build an impressive mouthfeel and will allow this wine to age well for the at least the next 10 years.
Picture
2019 Boushey Cab Sauv | $35
Yakima Valley,  WA  | 340 Cases  |14.2% ALC
This wine looks like dark rubies in a glass.   Aromas of blackberry mix with baking spices wrapped in leather.  As air gets into the wine and releases some of the grippy characteristics from the mouthfeel, you end up with hints of gravel and graphite.
Picture
2019 Discovery Cab Sauv | $40
Washington State | 200 Cases  | 14.5% ALC
Darker colors hint at this epic vineyard’s cabernet heritage.  With tones of smoke and vanilla spice on the nose, the mouth rolls into cocoa nibs and silky tannins wrapped around a little bit of peppery spice.

other available rEDS

Picture

This blend starts with a color of dirty garnets and rubies. The nose is intense, with the vineyards of red mountain and Yakima providing hints of smoke, anise, and spicy tannins that sit with you while you contemplate the next sip.
Picture
2019 QUINTESSENCE CAB SAUV| $40
Red Mountain, WA | 390 Cases  | 15.2% ALC
A deep, majestic purple color, this cab is a big tannin bomb that you sense on the nose with hints of cranberry and baking spices. The body does not disappoint as it punches you in the face while soothing you with anise and dark chocolate. You won’t soon forget that last sip.
Picture
2019 BOUSHEY VINEYARD CAB FRANC | $40
Yakima Valley, WA | 190 Cases  | 14.6% ALC
A dusty purple color fades to almost a clear halo—the nose changes with every sniff going from sweet tobacco to cherry and then on to vanilla. The silky body coats the inside of your mouth with dark cocoa. With a zip of acid, the finish holds on to a black cherry note.
Picture
2019 Petit Verdot | $36
Snake River Valley, ID | 220 Cases  |14.0% ALC
Dusty, deep cranberry in color, this wine has hints of baking blueberry tarts and violets. The body is full of graphite, mocha, and Bing cherries. The finish is a bit more subdued yet lengthy.
Picture

Red Mountain, WA | 100 Cases  | 15.1% ALC
This is an extremely dark wine that coats your glass with it’s deep color. Bits of chocolate and blackberry jam caress your nose while the inside of your mouth is blanketed with cherry cola velvet.
Picture
