Megan grew up in Boise. After high school she relocated to a small ski town in Vermont where she discovered her love of the “ski bum” life. To support this life style, she worked in various restaurants and developed a love for hospitality, good food, craft cocktails and delicious wines. Megan has a strong desire to learn new things. She attended Vermont Technical College and received a degree in Landscape Development and Ornamental Horticulture. She enjoys creating sustainable natural spaces for her and her family to enjoy. Megan met Dave, her soul mate, in Vermont. Their love for the mountains and outdoor life brought them back to Idaho. They spent 5 years in Teton Valley before moving to Boise. Family is very important to Megan and she wanted to be close to her mom and step dad who live in Garden City. She discovered Telaya on a morning walk with Dave and their two dogs, Steve and Babur. They returned a few days later to enjoy some wine and instantly fell in love with Telaya. After meeting the entire team, Megan knew this was the place she wanted to work. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with Dave and their dogs. She loves traveling and experiencing new cultures and local cuisines, hiking, skiing, biking and riding motorcycles are some of the activities she enjoys.
