"I have two favorites. One is hiking to the top of Bogus Basin, the local ski area, with some food for a picnic. Drinking wine with my wife, on a Monday afternoon, on the Telaya patio has become one of favorite things to do in Boise!!"

"Lately I'm loving my lunch time walk down the greenbelt, past the whitewater park, and to the new Simplot park. It includes beautiful views of the foothills, and the park is dog friendly and off-leash so my pup can run & play."

I like to walk downtown Boise and try the local wines, beers and food. There are plenty of places to choose from like WildRoot, Eureka, Fork, Juniper, Mai Thai and Chandlers. It is almost like a progressive wine crawl with great food too."
