Railli grew up in Idaho Falls, but with family all over the states she was introduced to travel at a young age. This allowed her to experience food from every culture and sparked her love for cuisine that carried well into her adult life. This love only grew when she turned 21 and found the magic of food and wine together. After graduating from U of I with a degree in Geology she quickly realized that the service industry was where her heart was. She still loves to collect a good rock and has a mild obsession with anything to do with dinosaurs but her passion is creating moments centered around the table.
When she isn’t working or hosting dinners in her home you can find her at the yoga studio, attempting to wrangle her garden or taking photos of her cocktail creations. She has an extensive rum collection that she loves to show off and hopes someday to have a tiki bar in her home.
